Renowned on-chain investigator ZachXBT has escalated his crackdown on suspicious entities within the crypto industry by launching a bounty of up to $10,000 for insider intelligence on Hong Kong-based market maker, Heisenberg Guru (HSBG).

A “Cancer” to the Crypto Industry

The latest development follows ZachXBT’s allegation against the money maker, accusing the firm of involvement in market manipulation incidents across multiple centralized cryptocurrency exchanges (CEXs). HSBG is one of several money makers ZachXBT described as a “cancer” to the industry, which he has vowed to expose.

The on-chain investigator stated that the fraudulent market makers are active on Bitget, Binance, Gate.io, and several other CEXs, particularly those based in Asia. He accused the region of turning a blind eye and enabling the illegal activities of those firms.

A Suspected Case of Price Manipulation

ZachXBT cited $RIVER’s price action early this year as a typical case of market maker manipulation. The cryptocurrency embarked on a ballistic price movement between the last week of December 2025 and the end of January this year. A sudden crash followed $RIVER’s 1,900% rally, resulting in a 92% loss in less than four weeks, pushing the cryptocurrency back to base, according to TradingView’s data.

Focusing on the $RIVER case, ZachXBT named Sion and Chao as the core team members driving HSBG’s operations. He asked crypto community members to supply chat logs, contracts, or internal communications with those team members that can help his investigation.

ZachXBT’s All Out Crackdown

It is worth noting that the latest move against HSBG follows a string of public crackdowns by ZachXBT targeting opaque market-making activities. The investigator earlier declared a $10,000 bounty on Vova Sadkov, the LAB token’s founder, over an allegation that insiders controlled 95% of the token supply and engaged in coordinated pump-and-dump manipulations across multiple exchanges.

ZachXBT asked informants with evidence, including internal documentation or chat logs exposing HSBG, to contact him directly or via private messaging on X.
