On May 27, the Crypto News website and mobile applications were temporarily unavailable to users. The outage was caused by a technical incident at the Qupra data center in the Netherlands, where part of our infrastructure was hosted.

The issue was related to a failure in the data center’s cooling system. As the cooling stopped, the equipment began to overheat. To prevent server damage and, most importantly, protect user data, the data center team decided to power down the racks temporarily. This resulted in the complete unavailability of the website, mobile applications, and several internal services.

The incident began at 12:34 and was fully resolved by 22:08. During the day, data center engineers worked to restore the cooling system, install additional equipment, and gradually bring the servers back online. Once network connectivity was restored, our technical team checked the infrastructure, restarted the required services, and confirmed that the system was stable.

The Crypto News website and apps are now operating normally. User data has been preserved, and the infrastructure is stable. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank our users for their patience.
