The formal inclusion of the assets took place at 12:00 UTC on Wednesday in the spot market. According to documentation issued by Binance, the ten additions correspond to Astera Labs (ALABB), ASML (ASMLB), AST SpaceMobile (ASTSB), Bitmine Immersion Technologies (BMNRB), Coherent (COHRB), Credo Technology Group (CRDOB), IREN Limited (IRENB), Netflix (NFLXB), Super Micro Computer (SMCIB), and USA Rare Earth (USARB).

Along with the spot market listing, Binance enabled its Spot Algo Trading Bot service for each of the listed pairs. According to the platform’s official statement, users can convert tokenized stocks into supported cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC) and $USDT with zero conversion fees during the first hour after trading begins.

Additionally, traditional shareholders of the mentioned companies have the option to exchange their securities for bStocks tokens at a 1:1 ratio with no commission fee. Platform reports indicate that this alternative aims to facilitate the migration of liquidity from conventional financial markets into the digital ecosystem.

Legal Structure and bStocks Product Limitations

bStocks are tokenized securities certificates issued by the subsidiary BTech Holdings Limited under a prospectus approved in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) jurisdiction. Information provided by Binance clarifies that these products represent an interest in underlying assets held in custody, but do not confer direct ownership of company shares.

Unlike traditional shares, bStocks holders do not acquire voting or political rights in corporate meetings of the issuing companies. Official product documentation specifies that holders also do not receive direct benefits such as traditional dividend payments, operating solely as instruments to track market price.

Industry experts point out that tokenized stocks represent a way to increase operational flexibility and broaden global access to equity instruments. However, market analyses emphasize the need to clearly distinguish between holding a tokenized derivative and holding legal title to a standard security.

The new bStocks pairs were also added as eligible collateral for Binance’s Cross Margin, Portfolio Margin, and Portfolio Margin Pro services. According to terms published by the exchange, this collateral functionality is available to users with VIP 3 status or higher in permitted jurisdictions, without offering lending support for these assets.

Commercial Incentives and Upcoming Operational Milestones

To stimulate initial trading volume, Binance launched a promotional campaign featuring zero maker fees for all eligible bStocks pairs. According to the schedule released by the company, this promotion will remain active from the listing time through August 31, 2026, at 23:59 UTC.

Once the promotional period ends, standard platform fees will apply to all order executions. Exchange management suggests market participants review standard fee schedules and monitor margin levels prior to the end of the campaign.

The deployment of these ten assets consolidates Binance’s strategy to interconnect the cryptocurrency market with traditional stock markets. The evolution of trading volume across bStocks pairs over the coming weeks will serve as a key indicator of real demand for tokenized equity products on centralized exchanges.

The next operational milestone for participating users will occur on August 31, 2026, with the conclusion of the zero-maker-fee window.
