With new partnership announcements coming in daily in the cryptocurrency sector, the latest news comes from Solana (SOL).
Accordingly, the Solana Foundation and Google Cloud have formed a new partnership focused on artificial intelligence.
The Solana Foundation announced a partnership with Google Cloud, revealing that it has developed Pay.sh, a payment system for AI bots.
The Pay.sh system enables AI bots to discover, access, and pay for API usage on Solana using stablecoins. This allows AI bots to explore, access, and pay for APIs without needing to create separate accounts or subscribe to services.
The system will have access to official Google Cloud APIs, including Gemini, BigQuery, Vertex AI, and Cloud Run, as well as over 50 community API providers.
One of the standout features of this system is its pay-per-request pricing. This allows AI bots to use the service they need without subscription or minimum spending requirements.
A representative from the Solana Foundation stated that agents can access services from five different sources for each query and pay a very low fee per call instead of paying the full subscription fee. This also gives agents the flexibility to evaluate different options by comparing offers in real time, instead of being tied to a single service provider.
