Binance Adds Stablecoin Spot Trading Pairs, Launches Fee Promotion & Discontinues Auto-Conversion for Stablecoins

Fellow Binancians,

Binance will open trading for the $BNB/$TUSD, $BTC/$TUSD, $ETH/$TUSD, $TUSD/$USDT, $USDC/$USDT and $USDP/$USDT spot trading pairs at 2023-03-11 14:00 (UTC).

With effect from 2023-03-10 23:30 (UTC), 2023-03-11 02:35 (UTC), 2023-03-11 06:00 (UTC) respectively, Binance has stopped/will stop $BUSD Auto-Conversion for users' new deposits of $USDC, $USDP and $TUSD respectively, and users will no longer be able to withdraw $USDC, $USDP or $TUSD from their $BUSD balances.

Any users who wish to convert their $BUSD balances to $USDC or $USDP at a 1:1 ratio may do so manually on Binance Convert till 2023-03-18 06:00 (UTC). Any users who wish to convert their $BUSD balances to $TUSD at a 1:1 ratio may do so manually on Binance Convert till further notice. Do note that manual conversion can only be done from $BUSD to $TUSD, $USDC or $USDP in the convert portal, not the other way around.

Fee Promotion

Binance will be introducing two promotions for selected spot trading pairs. Effective from 2023-03-11 14:00 (UTC), users can enjoy discounted trading fees on the following spot trading pairs: $BNB/$TUSD, $BTC/$TUSD, $ETH/$TUSD, $TUSD/$USDT, $USDC/$USDT and $USDP/$USDT.

Promotion A: Zero Trading Fee on $BTC/$TUSD Pair, and Zero Maker Fee on $BNB/$TUSD & $ETH/$TUSD Pairs

Promotion Period: From 2023-03-11 14:00 (UTC) untilfurther notice

During the promotion period, users will enjoy zero maker and taker fees on the $BTC/$TUSD spot trading pair, and zero maker fee on the $BNB/$TUSD and $ETH/$TUSD spot trading pairs. Standard taker fees on the $BNB/$TUSD and $ETH/$TUSD spot trading pairs apply as per user’s VIP level.
During the promotion period, trading volume on the $BTC/$TUSD spot trading pair will be excluded from the VIP-tier volume calculation and all Liquidity Providers program.
$BNB discounts, referral rebates, and any other adjustments will not apply to the $BTC/$TUSD spot trading pair during the promotion.
Standard trading fees apply after the promotion ends. Please refer to the VIP tier fee structure for more details.

Promotion B: Zero Trading Fee on USD Stablecoin Trading Pairs
Promotion Period: From 2023-03-11 14:00 (UTC) untilfurther notice

During the promotion period, users will enjoy zero trading fees on the $TUSD/$USDT, $USDC/$USDT and $USDP/$USDT spot trading pairs.
During the promotion period, trading volume on the selected USD stablecoin spot trading pairs will be excluded from the VIP-tier volume calculation and all Liquidity Providers program.
$BNB discounts, referral rebates and any other adjustments will not be applied to the selected USD stablecoin spot trading pairs during the promotion.
Standard trading fees apply after the promotion ends. Please refer to the VIP tier fee structure for details.

Terms & Conditions:

Binance reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be wash trades or illegally bulk registered accounts, as well as trades that display attributes of self-dealing or market manipulation.
All trading volume and metrics related to the program are measured by Binance at its sole and absolute discretion.
Calculation of maker fee and taker fee rebates will resume at the end of the above promotions where applicable, subject to further updates.
Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
