Qiro Finance, an enterprise credit underwriting platform for tokenized private credit, has partnered with Huma Finance, PayFi network, to support the expansion of on-chain payment and trade financing.

Under the agreement, Qiro will provide underwriting, structuring, and ongoing risk monitoring for credit issued through Huma’s PayFi network. The companies aim to underwrite up to $250 million in real-world credit assets over the next 12–15 months, subject to risk approvals and market conditions.

Huma has previously financed over $4.5 billion in stablecoin credit without reported defaults. The companies state that future growth will remain tied to independent risk reviews rather than volume targets. The partnership is already active in live lending use cases and is expected to expand across additional credit structures and regions as tokenized private credit markets develop.
