On June 25, Safello (NASDAQ: SFL), a regulated cryptocurrency exchange based in Sweden, announced its eighth crypto treasury adjustment, increasing its holdings of TAO, the native token of the decentralized AI protocol Bittensor.
As part of the reallocation, Safello sold 1 Bitcoin at a price of EUR 91,745 and used the proceeds to acquire approximately 314 TAO at an average price of EUR 292 per token. The move is part of the company’s long-term strategy to gradually build exposure to TAO through a dollar-cost averaging approach.
This marks Safello’s third TAO purchase, following earlier acquisitions in May and June 2025. The company’s crypto treasury now holds approximately 4 BTC and 2,280 TAO in total.
Safello has been actively managing its digital asset reserves and is among the few publicly listed Nordic crypto firms with a transparent treasury strategy. The company continues to monitor developments in the AI and blockchain sectors as part of its broader treasury management framework.
