$KAITO delivered one of the strongest daily gains across the market after climbing 16.48% over the past 24 hours.

Trading volume also surged 129.8% to $103.9 million, showing that market participation expanded rapidly alongside price.

A possible catalyst behind the rally emerged from growing expectations that $KAITO could soon announce a new data agreement with X, following remarks shared by several crypto analysts.

That speculation appeared to drive event-based positioning as traders anticipated an official announcement. However, the rally did not reflect broad buying conviction across every segment.

Instead, traders questioned whether aggressive sellers quietly absorbed the latest demand. The sharp increase pushed $KAITO back into focus after weeks of steady appreciation.

Spot sellers challenged the bullish narrative

Spot Taker CVD painted a more cautious picture despite $KAITO’s impressive price appreciation.

The 90-day Spot Taker CVD remained seller-dominant, indicating that market sell orders continued to outweigh aggressive buy orders throughout the rally.

That divergence suggested larger participants still sold into strength instead of chasing higher prices. As a result, the latest advance relied more heavily on available liquidity than on broad spot conviction.

However, buyers still absorbed enough supply to keep prices elevated, preventing immediate weakness from developing. That balance reflected a market where bullish sentiment remained present but faced persistent selling pressure.

Unless buying activity strengthened further, sellers could continue challenging every major upward expansion.

Can $KAITO clear the next resistance?

At press time, $KAITO traded just below the $1.23 resistance, where recent candles showed early signs of hesitation after the sharp rally. Even so, the technical structure remained constructive.

The MACD line stayed above the signal line, while expanding positive histogram bars confirmed bullish strength throughout the recent advance.

In addition, the Parabolic SAR remained below price near $0.918, reinforcing that the prevailing uptrend stayed intact.

Even though buyers briefly paused below resistance, they retained technical control across the daily timeframe. If buying pressure strengthens and spot demand improves, $KAITO could challenge $1.23 again before targeting $1.50.

However, renewed selling could trigger another pullback toward the $0.94 support region before buyers attempt another advance.

Conclusively, $KAITO’s rally reflected strong price performance, but supporting metrics revealed a more divided market. Spot sellers continued dominating order flow, while futures traders increasingly favored bearish positions.

However, bullish technical indicators kept the broader uptrend intact. That combination suggested $KAITO would likely remain volatile as buyers and sellers competed for control near the key $1.23 resistance level.

Final Summary

  • $KAITO’s rally reflects growing partnership optimism, although Spot sellers still dominate trading activity.
  • Bullish technical indicators remain intact, yet Futures traders continue increasing bearish positions near resistance.
