$USDC and WETH launched on Neo X through Chainlink’s CCIP-powered Transporter bridge, marking the first tokens configured for cross-chain transfer on the network’s CCIP integration. Users can bridge $USDC.e and WETH from Ethereum to Neo X at app.transporter.io. The token support follows the initial CCIP deployment in May, which at the time supported only cross-chain messaging with no tokens configured for transfer.

NeoPod‘s application to become a GrantShares member was executed, making the community eligible to participate in upcoming votes.

Neo Turkey community member Bahar Sunar released a video discussing Neo, NeoPod, upcoming events, the XP system, and new developments.

Developer Updates

Neo SPCC released xk6-neofs v0.3.0, an update to its k6-based tool for load testing and benchmarking NeoFS protocols. The release adds new endpoint and bucket selection options for S3 and gRPC test scenarios, improves the efficiency of the client reader and object writer, and refreshes core dependencies, including the NeoFS SDK and NeoGo.

Neo SPCC released NeoFS S3 Gateway v0.46.0 on Sept. 2, introducing an Authbox service that issues S3 credentials over HTTP, along with routing optimizations, operational improvements, and dependency updates for the S3-compatible interface to NeoFS decentralized storage.

R3E Network resolved all 11 findings from a systematic audit of neox-rs, the Rust-based Neo X full-node client, including four classified at P1 severity. Separately, R3E shipped a security-focused release for the Neo Decompiler, hardening its parsing, output sanitization, and release pipeline.

R3E Network’s neo-rs, Neo N3’s Rust-based node implementation, reached full protocol parity with the Neo N3 specification at v0.16.0. The milestone covers all 11 native contracts, all eight hardforks through Huyao, and all 41 system calls, verified with exact CPU pricing and permission gates. Alongside the node release, R3E published NeoRust v3.0.0, a correctness-focused SDK update with three breaking API changes, and Neo Signer RS v0.2.0, a supervised council signing service designed for hardware-isolated environments.
