Founder of Blaze Token Mocks LUNC to $1 Campaign

Blaze Token founder makes a mockery of the ongoing $LUNC to $1 campaign.

Blaze Token (BLZE) founder Levi Rietveld has mocked the ongoing Terra Classic campaign to revive the $LUNC price. In a tweet today, Rietveld tweeted $LUNC to $1 and USTC to $10. However, he added a series of “chat laughter” to the tweet.

The laughing gesture suggests Rietveld sees the campaign to revive Terra Classic as ridiculous. Rietveld’s mocking tweet comes days after $LUNC ex-developer Tobias Andersen (Zaradar) mocked the token’s pricing logic in correlation to Bitcoin.

Terra Classic Community Reaffirm Support for $LUNC

Despite the mockery, the Terra Classic community has reaffirmed their willingness to continue making efforts to revive $LUNC and USTC.

Meanwhile, some Terra Classic community members believe $LUNC can surpass the $1 price target. However, they believe the token cannot achieve the feat under the current leadership and the slow-burning rate.

Road to Revive $LUNC

Notably, the Terra Classic community has embarked on different initiatives to revive the prices of $LUNC and USTC. For the community, the most significant step to bolster the tokens’ prices is to reduce their voluminous supply.

According to CoinGecko data, $LUNC has a circulating supply of 5.82 trillion tokens. Similarly, USTC has a circulating supply of 9.79 billion tokens. The Terra Classic community plans to revive the values of the tokens via burns and staking.

As reported earlier, the Terra community recently achieved a major milestone following the staking of 1 trillion $LUNC tokens. Similarly, the number of $LUNC tokens incinerated from the supply has skyrocketed.

According to data from LUNCDash, the community and other entities like Binance have burned a whopping 61.66B $LUNC tokens. The burned tokens have been eliminated from the circulating supply forever.

At the time of writing this line, $LUNC is trading at $0.00009146, up 0.46% in the past 24 hours. In contrast, USTC is changing hands at $0.01, up 0.5% in the past day.

It bears mentioning that Blaze (BLZE) is a newly-launched hyper-deflationary token that burns vast amounts of Shiba Inu and BLZE via weekly buy-and-sell transactions. Last month, Blaze burned 1.69B SHIB in one transaction.
