Terra Classic ($LUNC) staking has hit new highs with over 900 billion tokens now locked up, indicating growing investor confidence in the coin’s long-term potential. Rex Yeller Belly, a leading figure in the Terra Classic community, recently revealed that $LUNC has reached new heights in terms of staked coins, with 970,351,935,248 (970.3 billion) tokens now locked in staking contracts.
Notably, this figure represents a significant increase from the previous high of 700 billion tokens, which was reached in January 2023. According to Belly, this symbolizes an important milestone for the $LUNC community and shows the growing confidence of investors in the long-term potential of the coin.
The $LUNC community is now looking forward to a trillion tokens in the coming days with a current staking rate of 14.15%. In addition, the Terra 2.0 blockchain, on which the $LUNC token is based, was launched in May 2022 after the collapse of the Terra LUNA blockchain. Since then, the Terra ecosystem has grown, with many decentralized applications and services built on the blockchain.
