Crypto.com Received The Highest Security Rating

On Wednesday Crypto.com said that a third-party auditor has given it the high rating for privacy and security based on a set of standards developed by the agency of the US Department of Commerce.

According to Crypto.com, the audit firm SGS conducted an assessment and found the platform to have the highest security rating – «Adaptive (Tier 4)». The privacy and security frameworks used to assess the maturity of Crypto.com were developed by the National Institute of Standards and Technology NIST, an agency of the US Department of Commerce. This assessment demonstrates the maturity of the company and its ability to adapt to the changing cybersecurity and privacy environment.

In June 2020, Crypto.com became the first crypto firm to receive ISO certification for privacy and security. The platform also added that the number of users has recently exceeded 5 mln.
